Humane Resources Ltd aims to deliver ethical, principled, experience based, focused, objective and sympathetic support. The prime motivation is a desire to help you really sort out issues of workplace bullying, whether you’re an employer or employee. Help from Humane Resources Ltd is not curtailed by internal politics, peer pressure, or desire for undeserved profit or kudos.

I welcome approaches from employees stressed out by unreasonable relationships at work, unsure of or disappointed with responses from line management, HR, trade union, solicitors etc. Feedback I've had from clients who first contacted me in such situations has been very encouraging.

The contact page is also for employers prepared to face the unpleasant possibility that bullying might be happening in their midst, and who are concerned that bullying is an exploitative, parasitic behaviour which shareholders should not have to fund. If someone is abusing the privilege of employment in your organisation, the law is on your side.  If you find that reassuring but you’re not sure where to start, please get in touch.
