I can give you advice specific to your situation, over the phone, by e-mail or by post, on an ad hoc basis, without a contract. Charges

For ad hoc phone and e-mail support, there is no charge for the the first 30 minutes. Thereafter, the standard fee rate is £39.00 per hour, but I will not hold you to this. The price you pay is the price that YOU think is right, based on these guidelines: 

• Humane Resources' standard fee rate is £39.00 per hour.
• Have your questions been adequately dealt with?
• How much effort went into providing it?
• Were you dealt with promptly and politely?
• How much would this have cost you from an alternative source?
• Are you on full pay, or out of work?
• Based on the above, what would be a fair price for both of us?

Normally I would not expect you to pay in advance. During our call or in the e-mail I will tell you whether the advice is subject to a charge, and you can then pay by card using the PayPal link here. You could also pay by an alternative method of your choice.

Why let you choose the price?

I realise this pricing method is unconventional, if not unique. I am trying it this way because I don't think it's fair to insist on payments from people whose income might have just ended. If you're already under stress, you don't need me adding to it. I am here to help, not exploit. That does not mean the service is completely free of charge - this is my job and if no one pays then the service can not be sustained. However, I am confident that so long as I provide clients with something they value, and where they have the means to pay, they will.

Please note this offer only applies to the first £250 worth (approc 6.5 hours) of work. Thereafter the standard charge rate of £39 per hour applies.
